GuardWatch is another part of the Total Lobby Solution developed by Datawatch Systems which gives your security staff greater control over access and safety in your building.
This tool allows your guards to secure or unlock doors and elevators from their security desk with a simple click of a mouse, so the lobby is never left unstaffed.
It’s easy to let in a tenant who forgot their credential or keep doors open for events that run past normal business hours. In an emergency, a guard can quickly lock down all perimeter doors.

Guards can monitor real-time alarms throughout one or more buildings using the GuardWatch application. And they can also monitor credential access, in real time, throughout any number of entry points and buildings. For example, if someone runs credentials on the 11th floor at 2 a.m., GuardWatch alerts security so they can investigate.
If a guard does not acknowledge an alarm within a period of time designated by the property manager, GuardWatch will automatically forward the alarm to Datawatch Central Station for resolution.
GuardWatch also lets you access records for credential holders, registered visitors, events and alarms.GuardWatch helps you track down the owner when someone finds a lost credential. Network-based GuardWatch fully integrates with your Datawatch access control system and the Datawatch database. It is also customizable — you designate what your guards can control.
