On-Site Real Time Alarm Monitoring & Card Holder / Visitor Verification

Datawatch^® Systems is proud to announce the development of a comprehensive system that focuses on the integration of on-site security and off-site monitoring as well as improving and more effectively managing visitor processing.

With Datawatch^® Systems’ new On-site Real Time Alarm Monitoring program, security personnel will receive and can identify the location of an alarm that occurs in the building at the same time our Central Station receives the alarm, thus allowing security personnel to take action more swiftly. Datawatch^® will follow the pre-defined procedures initially set up by property management, but as a parallel security feature, security guards and other authorized personnel will be aware of the occurrence and have an on-site history of these events.

In addition to the on-site alarm interface, Datawatch^® Systems is developing an improved visitor management program to better assist building security guards as they process visitors in and out of the building. Tenants will soon have the ability via the web to notify lobby security when visitors will be arriving and to update any information necessary for the processing of visitor passes. This allows onsite security to see visitor data, ask any questions about a particular visitor’s arrival and to prepare visitor passes. Since this program is web based, all information is interactive and immediate, lobby security can update the visitor’s database as they arrive and all information and history is available at all times to both the tenant and security personnel.
