Integrate Photo-ID System with Your Building’s Access Control System

Photo badging is one of the newest and most innovative ways to increase the overall security in your building. Whether you are upgrading an existing tenant Photo-ID system or implementing a totally new photo identification process, Photo ID System will quickly and easily identify who belongs in your building and who doesn’t.

This is how it works: Datawatch^® enhances your existing Photo badging system by connecting a Guard Photo Station and a Datawatch^® card reader and can integrate with any Photo ID software. Once a tenant reads their card, the photo and relevant information is presented to the guard for identification.

If you currently have a photo badging system which can take photos of your tenants and produce photo ID cards, Datawatch^® Systems can work with you to make this data available electronically to the guard or concierge in the event you need additional information or verification.

As added feature, Datawatch^® can seamlessly integrate the complete Photo-ID database with our electronic access card key database via the Datawatch^® card/key remote administration web service, thus eliminating the need to enter identical sets of information twice. Terminate an employee in the Photo-ID system and the card is automatically deactivated by Datawatch^®. And as always, we can provide a history of card reads at the Guard Station in case research is necessary.
